These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Memefolio Chrome extension and the memefolio.wtf website (together, the "Service"), operated by Memefolio ("we", "us", "our").
By installing the extension, visiting memefolio.wtf, or registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By installing, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 8. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Memefolio is a Chrome browser extension and companion website that overlays publicly available wallet data, such as token holdings and estimated portfolio value, from Solana, Ethereum, Base and Robinhood Chain on X (Twitter) profiles that have opted in by registering.
The Service may also include additional features. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice.
To register, you authenticate via X OAuth. We read only basic, read-only profile information (your handle, display name and profile image). We never request write access and never post on your behalf.
You may optionally link one or more public wallet addresses to your account: a Solana wallet and/or EVM addresses on Ethereum, Base and Robinhood Chain. You are solely responsible for the security of your own wallet, private keys, and X account. We never ask for and never store private keys or seed phrases.
You are responsible for keeping the information linked to your account accurate. You may disconnect your wallet or delete your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
Data shown by the Service (token balances, holdings, transaction activity, and derived statistics) is sourced from public blockchains (Solana, Ethereum, Base and Robinhood Chain) through third-party RPC and block-explorer providers. This data is inherently public, and anyone can query it independently.
We do not guarantee that on-chain data displayed through the Service is accurate, complete, or delivered without delay. Blockchain data can be affected by network conditions, indexing delays, price feed inaccuracies, or provider outages beyond our control.
Memefolio is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Service, including portfolio values, leaderboards or any related statistics, constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
We are not a registered broker, financial advisor, or exchange. Any reference to a token, including any token associated with Memefolio, is not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Cryptocurrency is volatile and can lose all value. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional before making them.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these rules, at our sole discretion.
The Memefolio name, logo, website, and extension (excluding public on-chain data and third-party trademarks) are our property or that of our licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension and website for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of data.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data displayed will be accurate or up to date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memefolio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or cryptocurrency, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
This includes, without limitation, any financial decisions made based on information displayed by the Service, inaccuracies in on-chain data, or downtime of third-party providers (such as Supabase, Helius, Jupiter, Blockscout, or X Corp.) that we rely on. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us to use the Service in the preceding 12 months (which for most users is zero, as the Service is free).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Memefolio and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected here; it is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection law.
